Appointment Booking Options

1, Online Booking:

* Direct link from Google, Instagram, Facebook and from our website as well. Please finish all the steps to make sure the appointment gone through and receive a confirmation after. If you didn’t get a confirmation within 24 hours, please call the salon right away to double check

* Before finish making the appointment, please make sure to leave a note about specific request, such as:

- Your choice of STAFF or your choice of MALE/ FEMALE technician

- Booking for a GROUP of people (number of people want to get services done at the same time). Booking for a group of more than 4 people will require a deposit.

- Special request for NAIL DESIGNS that require extra time.

* Not leaving a note for special request will lead to conflict about appointment time and leaving disappointment in clients. We are really appreciating if you complete this section.

2, Phone calls

* Please call 613 680 6868 to make an appointment.

Walks-in welcome but Appoiments are preferred to make sure no conflict happens.

Reschedules and Cancellations.

* Clients will get a confirmation about the appointment via email or text message, follow up with a reminder 3 hours before the start time as well.

Please allow adequate time for travel to arrive at your scheduled appointment. Please consider circumstances such as heavy traffic, construction, accidents, and inclement weather in order to be ready for your appointment at its indicated start time.

* Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period, so please ALWAYS CALL if you even think you might be late.

To ensure all clients receive the full amount of time they have reserved for their appointment, after 10 minutes late without any notice, we will start moving on to our next client, and your appointment will automatically set as NO- SHOW.

If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Other than that, you might expect wait time as well.

If you are sick, or have symptoms please let us know and RESCHEDULE your appointment. If you come to your appointment and you appear sick, we will cancel it. Please be considerate.

* Online cancelling or rescheduling will need to be done 3 hours before start time, if it is less than 3 hours, you will need to call the salon to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations (less than 1 hours) will consider as NO-SHOW.

Having 2 NO-SHOWS will lead to difficulties for booking in the future. Please take the appointment time seriously.

HOW TO GET READY FOR YOUR SERVIECS.

Nail Services

Please indicated any allergies, health problems ahead of time, such as:

- Latex allergies

- Diabetes

- Allergic to special floral scents….

Please come to your appointment ready, do some research about the services that you are looking to get done (read the description for services carefully before making appointments ONLINE).

- If you are not sure what you are looking for, please contact us via phone calls, emails, Facebook messenger or Instagram to get the best assistant.

- Sending photos of what you want to get a quote is also a good way to secure a spot with enough time.

Please understand that prices are vary based on different kind of services, designs, or extra-long extensions…etc

- Always ask if you are unsure about anything during the service’s time.

It’s better to make sure that you and your technician are on the same page as well as confirming the price before getting the service done.

Unexpected situations can lead to delay in the schedules, we are very sorry if that happens, but as it is something natural, and not in our control, we can’t guarantee to prevent this from happing in the future.

- Therefore, we will notify clients by phone calls at least 15-20 minutes before the appointment time. We thank you for your patience and your understanding as well.

Waxing Services

Please indicated any allergies, health problems ahead of time, such as:

Waxing services can’t be performed on open cuts, skin rashes or any other skin disease.

Certain services are performed on women only.

Eyelash Services

Eyelash Extension are not for everyone, basically, the first condition to get extensions done is your natural lashes must be healthy.

- The technician has the right to refuse performing services if client have allergies to Adhesives, having eye diseases, or having weak natural lashes…

- Contact lenses MUST BE REMOVED prior to eyelash extension procedure

The following conditions may determine that clients are Not a suitable for Eyelash Extensions:

Medication for chemotherapy may cause a reaction to the materials used for Eyelash Extensions

Thyroid Medication

Eyelash Extensions will not last due to the medication in the system

Blepharoplasty

Eye lift, very sensitive to adhesives and gel pads.

Lasik Surgery (less than 4 month)

Eyes may have sensitivity to eyelash extensions and products used for prepping the eye area (gel pads, glue…)

- Major Surgery / Childbirth

-Pregnancy (less than 4 months/ or over 7 moths)

Will not be suitable to do eyelash extensions since your body need time to recovery, at least 1 year.

Pregnancy will cause back pain, hair loss and lots of other sensitivity, should avoid doing eyelash extensions

Eye Diseases

· Red eye

· Swollen or irritated eyelids

· Blepharitis

· Style (Hordeolum)

· Eyelash Lice (Demadex Infestation)

· Dandruff on Eyelid/ Lash

· Hypersensitivity to cyanoacrylate or formaldehyde or certain adhesives

· Allergies to adhesives or synthetics (glue)

Permanent eye makes up (tattoo, eyeliner…)

Will need to wait at least 9 months for full recovery


- All clients will need to fill out a consent form stating all the health issue that they have, and to confirm that they had passed the Adhesive test. We will not take any responsibilities if clients never mentioned about their medical history.

- Clients that are under 18 will need a guardian to fill out the form.

- Technicians are required to take before and after pictures of client’s eyes for insurance purposes during every single visit.

- Home Care instruction will be hand out on the first visit, our technician has the right to refuse to do/ fix/ refill eyelash extensions, if clients use Mascara after having extension or does not follow the instruction to take good care of the lashes.
